ORDER PROCESSING:
If the item says it is In-Stock and Ready to ship, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way! For items that are Special Order or Custom, please allow between 6-8 weeks for delivery.

FREE SHIPPING WITHIN CONTINENTAL US:
For standard size items (does not include Headsail Furlers or Sails over 50 pounds), we provide free UPS Ground shipping within the continental US. Shipping times are typically 3-4 business days for UPS ground from our Warehouse.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
For standard size items (does not include Headsail Furlers or Sails over 50 pounds), we provide reduced rate UPS Ground shipping for Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Shipping times are typically 4-8 business days for UPS ground from our Warehouse. Pricing is as follows:

OVERSIZED ITEMS – FLAT RATE:
For oversized items (Headsail Furlers or Sails over 50 Pounds), we provide reduced rate UPS Ground shipping to US and Canada. Shipping times are typically 4-8 business days for UPS ground. Furlers may ship directly from the Supplier or from our Warehouse. Shipping fees are as follows:

EXPEDIATED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping (Overnight, 2 day or 3 day select Shipping) to all location are at the retail price of shipping provided by UPS or USPS. . Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times can vary between 8 to 12 days
IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES (Including VAT) and BROKERAGE FEES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Sail Warehouse is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return and restocking fee of 10%. For items that included Free Shipping or reduced shipping fees, we will charge you our actual shipping costs for the item plus the Restocking fee.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mike@rollytaskerna.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
